When can I move in?
Botanica completed in fall 2026 and is move-in ready for homeowners. Book a tour to walk through all available homes and explore the display homes.
What deposit do I need?
Limited-time reduced deposits start from $15,000*. Register or call 604-247-8688 and the sales team will walk you through the deposit structure.
What kinds of homes are there?
There are 240 homes across 36 floorplans: one, two and three bedroom homes, den options, and townhomes, from 522 to 1,350 sq. ft. interior.
Can I see a home in person?
Yes — display homes are open. Book a tour through the form on this page or call 604-247-8688.
Where is pricing published?
Pricing is shared on request. Register and the sales team will send current pricing, the full floorplan set and deposit details.
I am a realtor — how do I work with you?

What makes Botanica a community designed for families?
Botanica was thoughtfully designed with families of all generations in mind, making it our most family-friendly community to date. Where is Botanica?
Botanica is in the Oakdale neighbourhood of West Coquitlam, BC. Oakdale is close enough to Burquitlam SkyTrain to be convenient, yet removed enough to provide a break from the city.

What shared spaces does Botanica have?
Life at Botanica offers integration of shared spaces, anchored by a central courtyard that connects all four buildings. The shared spaces include a café & plaza, workspace pergolas, playfield, bbq & dining area, garden lounge & firebowl, children’s playroom, creative space, music room, fitness room, community garden plots.
What is near Botanica?
Burquitlam SkyTrain, with easy access to the Evergreen Extension and downtown Vancouver; 37km of trails connecting through West Coquitlam; schools and daycares in Oakdale; Lougheed Town Centre for full-scale shopping, groceries and services; and Prado Coffee on the grounds.
