Start at the display homes — open at The Exhibit, 12–5pm daily except Friday. Book through this site or call the sales team.

Walk the homes
See the layouts, palettes and finishes in person, and talk through which of the 36 floorplans fits your household.

Request pricing
Pricing is shared on request. The sales team will send current pricing, the full floorplan set and deposit details for the plans you shortlist.

Secure your home
Limited-time reduced deposits start from $15,000* — $15,000* on one-bedroom homes and $25,000* on two- and three-bedroom homes. The sales team will walk you through the deposit structure and paperwork.

Botanica completed in fall 2026 and is move-in ready for homeowners. Book a tour to walk through all available homes and explore the display homes.
What deposit do I need?
Limited-time reduced deposits start from $15,000*. Register or call 604-247-8688 and the sales team will walk you through the deposit structure.
What kinds of homes are there?
There are 240 homes across 36 floorplans: one, two and three bedroom homes, den options, and townhomes, from 522 to 1,350 sq. ft. interior.
Can I see a home in person?
Yes — display homes are open. Book a tour through the form on this page or call 604-247-8688.
